(Jack) Keogh, based upon his medical expertise and investigative leadership. Jack, as he prefers to be called, brings many years of unique investigative experience, He began his career as a foot patrolman for the New York City Police Department in Harlem and remained for twenty one years ... serving the Motorcycle, Patrol and Investigative divisions. His career included supervision of Executive Protection Details for visiting heads of state and other dignitaries, where he received a commendation from the King of Belgium, Following his retirement, Jack received his nursing degree and was appointed Senior Special Investigator for the New York State Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. He served for 13 years, investigating patient abuse cases and hospitals in the southern region of New York State. In this position, he developed an investigative technique used by area task forces aimed at detecting Medicaid and Institutional fraud. These programs are still in place today throughout the United States.
